Convoluted to say the least.
Maybe when you buy one unit, it wouldn’t be so arduous but when you have to register three systems and pick out extra plug-ins and then double check to make sure you’re getting a good deal on there thousand dollar bundle deal, it will feel daunting. You will want to double check to make sure that you’re not getting copies of plug-ins you already got with your unit and when you look up the bundle you gonna want to add up the numbers. If you bought more than one system it’s likely that that bundle is not worth $1000 Even when it’s down from $3400. Don’t expect help from Universal audio, Their help bot will offer you 47 different articles that have nothing to do with your questions and then they will have you send an email to one of their help reps that won’t answer your question, tell you that you’re doing a great job and then send you more articles to look up. If you switch to UA, you are on your own and maybe if you’re lucky you had a good sales rep that actually knows this system. I almost forgot to mention expect at least 10 emails a day, I kid you not. Good luck Apollo users, you’re gonna need it.
