No Support
I was excited about purchasing the UAD Mini Moog Plug-in.
However, when I tried to download my plugin for my UAD 2 Apollo FireWire Interface through my UAD Control Panel, I was prompted to upgrade my UAD v 10.1.1 Software. After I downloaded the upgrade to V 11, I could not do the “Allow” permission in the System Preferences. So I have been going around in circles trying to Uninstall, Reinstall the UAD Software for my Mac Pro tower running macOS Mojave 10.14.6 and I have been without my Apollo Interface and Software for over 2 weeks. I have tried to reach a human through the UAD Support and all I get are Bot responses with no Solutions. I have tried to reach a person at UAD through their phone numbers and left messages but to no avail. I am completely disappointed and frustrated. I have spent several thousand $ on interface and plugins. Apparently UAD offers No Support anymore.

I have other emulations of 1176, and they tend to have more bells and whistles . As is the case with the UAD La2a, but it seems to be the UAD ones that I use and prefer.

Why not both?
I am using this as well as my Moog Grandmother. There’s no substitute for hands on, knob per function of the hardware, but this is no slouch along side it!

A magical glue feeling.
A magical glue feeling. If you pass this through a bass, ordinary sounds will emit beauty. Really awesome. The hardware that is said to be a masterpiece is probably not a lie. It gave me an opportunity to become interested in the real thing.

Either it does the job, or not. Sounds very vintage, has almost no controls and rarely gets used. Got is as part of the bundle, not finding it useful at all

Works on everything
I’ve been trying many emulations, that one is my go to, because it’s a plug & play type of tool, and i appreciate not spending ages on tweaking knobs & stuff.
If only the Gang sync function had made it to the native version, i’d have put 5 stats hands down.

I have tried every fix available but none of the UAD plugins I have recently purchased work with my DAW, I'll keep trying to get the GUI to load, I have no choice but to persevere, this is my first look at UAD software and was looking forward to a postive experience.

Impossible à faire fonctionner
Cela fait plus d'une semaine que je n'arrive pas à joindre le support d'uaudio, ils ne répondent pas aux messages que j'ai envoyés via l'application uaconnect ou via le site web.
Aucun des produits obtenus via le bundle du BF ne fonctionne.
Mon ilok est fonctionnel, je possède un nombre incalculable de librairies d'autres marques qui fonctionnent sans problème.
Là, tout semble valide, les licences sont bien visibles dans mon ilok cloud et pourtant les plugins sont floutés avec un message comme quoi le produit n'a pas de licence.
C'est inadmissible de ne pas avoir de réponse du support !
J'ai acheté le bundle du BF à 50 balles pour rien si ce n'est être frustré et en colère...
Ce n'est pas sérieux de traiter ses clients de la sorte.

Man UAD has made my life better.I'm a guy who's retired and doesn't have a lot of money and makes music basically for myself and NEVER thought I would be able to afford UAD plugins but I can tell UAD wants to help the little guy who doesn't make money from recordings but does it for fun...Thank you so much UAD!!!

I have used RC-20, Sketch Cassette, and J37 for the last couple of years. While each of them have a specific sound that I love and still refer back to, Universal Audio has created the closest emulation to a real tape machine that only adds presence without losing any character.

The plug-in also sounded great, although the actual equipment seemed to be very well received. I felt happy after listening to this sound.

Same creamy texture as the hardware
Used to hire the hardware years ago - hire business folded. I lamented the absence. Considered for too many years the expense of purchasing the hardware. THEN this comes along - with all the colour and texture of the original... I use it to get a sound I can only describe as thicker and creamy (!?) Check it out - it has real character and is SO like the hardware its scarey good.
