Klingt unglaublich echt
Es ist wahrscheinlich das beste Raumsimulationsplugin, das ich in meinen 15 Jahren Audio-Produktion benutzt hab.
Ich wünschte, dass UAD die plugininternen Effekte, speziell hier die Compressor-Sektion, als Standalone anbieten würde.
Ad CPU:
Es stimmt schon, Sound City Studios wird etwas in die Jahre gekommene Computer recht schnell an ihre Grenzen bringen. Hat man aber eine relativ neue Workstation (13900K- in meinem Studio) konnte ich keinerlei Probleme hinsichtlich CPU feststellen. Ich hatte 7 Instanzen des Plugins in einem MIx mit über 80 Spuren gefahren. CPU Auslastung mit dem Plugin (7Stück) knapp 30 %. Ohne 24 %.
Am M3 Max im Home-Setup siehts ähnlich aus. Keine Probleme bisher.

BEST De-Esser!
I own many UAD plugins but also have the Spark membership. I'm working on some very sibilant vocal tracks...tried all the usual de-essing suspects (FF, Waves, Izo, EQ, reducing gain on s's, etc) and just couldn't get a natural sound on this track. Never thought of purchasing this in the past, but since it was part of the Spark membership, thought I would give it a try, and so glad I did! This de-esses beatifully, adds some nice saturation that softens the sibilance further (odd since saturation usually makes it worse). Had to write a review cuz it's so good for that task! Now my vocal mixing chain is corrective EQ, Soothe as 1st de-esser, serial compression, Voxbox as final de-ess and final EQ...excellent results!

Sha-weeeeeeeet
This pulls off the organic plate reverb vibe very convincingly. It's very easy to seat into a mix, and seating reverb into a mix is often a challenge when working itb.
Protip: don't just use this for the classic vocal plate sound, but also try out the shortest or near-shortest reverb times on various sources. A little dab does a nice job of putting bone-dry recordings into a large studio space.
One thing is for sure, when eating dried fruits, and nuts, and other trail-mix fodder, if you then slap a mic on yourself, you now get to eat off of a classy virtual plate in your headphones.

Versatile and full sounding
I love how subtle these compressors are. The word "warm" is used a lot but they have some nice saturation. I'm still experimenting but so far I'm digging using the 176 on the bass and electric gtrs. UA continues to bring high quality plugins and my collection is slowly growing.

UAD > competition
There are a million competing Pultec emulations out there. Most of them will get the job done as far as EQing things goes. But as far as using them like one uses the hardware, for their extra special sauce and gentle shaping, the UAD's are leader of the pack. You'll notice it within seconds of playing with it. They are also a pleasure to use, don't wreck the integrity of my signal, and the GUI is the best Pultec GUI out there. I use these all the time, for every mix.

Low key incredible usage!
I had other versions of this plugin but with the UAD manual giving such precise and useful info I love this version the most! Such a versatile comp that sounds amazing!

Best of the best
This bundle has everything you need. You get all the instruments, Distressor, some of the Manley family of plugins, Lexicon and so much more! If you aren’t interested in the Spark subscription but still want to get a great value for your dollar, this is the bundle to get. While there are some other things I’d like to have, you can’t beat this collection for the value. You get very powerful products to either get started or to add to your arsenal to continue making the best product you can. I have the option, being an Apollo user, to continue taking advantage of ARM, but to still use these natively to manage my DSP and CPU.

Very dissatisfied!!!!!
I have been trying and trying to reach someone one from your support team. It’s been hoop after hoop of bots , emails with no response and not one human voice. I am not well versed on a computer and need real human support. It seems I have not received any of my products from my original purchase of my Apollo twin nor have I been able to access console. I’m extremely excited about my product but very hurt that it’s been 3 weeks and I can’t access them.

Great Plugins, Great Price
Whenever I seen this bundle of plugins and everything it comes with for the price I had to have it. I already knew the plugins were amazing after doing a spark trial for a few months. This bundle has almost everything the Spark subscription does, so for me it was a no-brainer, and I own the plugins now so no reoccurring fee! I definitely recommend this bundle, it has everything you need to make quality professional productions.

whats not to like?
Everyone of the plugins in this Signature Edition is exceptional. when used with my Apollo hardware the sound cant be beat. i also use them on a separate rig without UA hardware and the sound quality is exceptional as well. If your wanting to test these plug ins without buying i would go with a sparks subscription you wont regret it.

Great but takes a lot of CPU
This is really cool but when you have a lot of plugins loaded, this one just kills my CPU and makes my project's sound breaking a lot. i7 10th gen + 64ram + ssd. Cannot be used in complex projects.

If you find yourself asking, "where's the beef?"
Then this will do you nicely. This thing is phat in tone, with a lot of vibe. Aside from the tone, it has very interesting compression characteristics that are hard to describe. Some sources sort of "bloom" out when you strap this thing on, it's nifty.
