Want 80s reverb. Welcome to the AMS.
I produce a lot of 80s era music and this is an essential tool for me. I love the 224 and 480 but the AMS is really the standout digi-reverb for me to create that 80s sound. Obviously great on drums but also amazing on vocals and pads. Well actually amazing on everything. NonLin prog is to die for. Also the expanded version has 9 extra programs that were initially not available to the original hardware users unless they had the special magic wand (go check the history of this bit of hardware).

Complicated?
Of course, this one has the same layout as the hardware one, I know that - but I find this plugin a bit complicated. Many others are quite easy to get a nice sound through. This one is quite hard, and I find the use for this plugin a little bit limited. This is not a reverb for everything and everyone. Also, it's a bit expensive.

ma superbe reverb en 1983
Elle coutait extrêmement cher à l'époque. C'était vraiment une bonne machine. Je l'ai préféré aux Lexicon 224 et 480 mais j'aimais également celles-ci. on faisait du brillant travail avec ces outils. Mais à l'époque c'était la ruine pour s'équiper. Aujourd'hui je retrouve à travers ce logiciel un plaisir de travailler et de créer de belles ambiances. Merci UAD.

Every now and again there's something this box provides that you can't get anywhere else. It's amazing to have it on tap in plugin form

Favorite Reverb
This is one of my favorite reverbs. Was a fan of it with all my favorite records heard from the 80's. This has a unique character to it. Worth every penny.

Owned one of these in the early 2000’s and this emulation sounds really close to what I remember.
